Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In their original packaging

With all original tags attached

Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at lou.nells@yahoo.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or sent in error. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at lou.nells@yahoo.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items are final sale and not eligible for return, including:

Clearance or marked final sale items
